FGM Analysis Tool

Disclaimer: Please note the FGM Analyzer is for academic research, and not for clinical usage.

To use FGM Analyzer:

1. Click on the button on the left to start the app. (Link will open in a new tab.)

2. Load your CGM dataset (.csv or .txt file saved from the Abbott FGM software). Please be patient, it may take a few seconds for the file to load. You will soon see the graph in the plotting window.

3. If the data is sufficient for analysis, the "green light" will turn on.

4. Click on "Calculate" compute all the metrics.
